Al Dana Frankincense Maamoul | Luban Al Fakher

Al Dana ("The Pearl") Maamoul from Luban Al Fakher is Dhofari frankincense prepared in the traditional maamoul style. Bright, firm pieces with a pure, calm aroma close to authentic Hojari – suited to daily burning, occasions and the majlis.

What is maamoul? Maamoul is a traditional Omani incense preparation in which frankincense is blended with natural fragrances and aged, giving a richer, longer-lasting scent than raw resin.

How to burn: Place a few tears on a lit charcoal disc in a heat-proof burner (mabkhara), or on an electric incense burner. Never leave burning incense unattended.
Origin: Dhofar, Sultanate of Oman – the home of Boswellia sacra.
Storage: Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.
