How to use your balance

  1. Sign in to your account before checkout.
  2. At checkout, choose "Apply store credit" to use your balance.
  3. Your balance and tier are shown at the top of this page and in your account.

Points are added once payment is confirmed and reversed if an order is cancelled. Balance is valid for 12 months, has no cash value and is applied in full to one order.
